Credentials and Standards

ISO-9001:2015

The quality systems of this facility have been certified by DQS Inc. to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.  It is our belief that the very low occurrence of problems with our equipment when it is installed and commissioned is directly related to our strict compliance with our ISO policies.  We have learned from employees that have joined us from other companies, that if it is not an audited Quality Assurance Program, compliance with the procedure will falter and fail.

CWB CERTIFIED

The Canadian Welding Bureau certifies companies, inspection organizations, inspectors, and welding consumables through a review and qualification process to ensure that they meet the requirements for a variety of product and safety codes as well as standards such as CSA W47.1, CSA W47.2, CSA W55.3, CSA W186, CSA W178.1, CSA W178.2 and CSA W48.

In order to achieve and maintain certification, companies engaged in welding are required to have their personnel qualified for engineering, supervisory and welding and follow approved welding procedures.

Similar to the welding companies, welding inspection organizations are required to have their personnel qualified for supervisory and certified for inspection, whether it’s visual, destructive or non-destructive testing.

Individuals looking to achieve certification as visual welding inspector are required to meet standard’s experience requirements and successfully complete written and practical exams.
